Professional Coaching

In addition to personal coaching, I also work with small business owners, executives, and other professionals based generally in the United States. Professional coaching clients work with me mostly in two modalities: either they find me via the web or word of mouth and request their companies cover the cost of coaching; or a decision maker within their company contacts me and arranges professional coaching for one or more of their staff.  Sometimes I work with only one executive within a company, other times I work with members of the senior management.

From my point of view, business coaching should always remain focused on the improvement of individual. The need to address work-related issues is a given. More importantly I want to understand the individual and who they are, what drives them, and what personal standards they have for themselves, as these are serious factors when it comes to the work place and the performance of the individual.

As with personal clients I always keep any information regarding the individual, the senior staff, and the company it self completely 100% confidential. All arrangements made are clearly listed out, any information sharing within the company, progress reports, and or evaluations are agreed upon, and when appropriate set out in contract

The following list is an overview of some of the areas business professionals can benefit from by working with me as a coach:
  • Identifying core goals
  • Increasing leadership/management skills
  • Developing communication skills
  • Overcoming performance barriers
  • Enhancing money mindset
  • Developing work/life balance
  • Improving motivation
  • Examining implementing healthy lifestyle options
  • Developing stronger presentation skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Stress management
Effective Professional coaching ideally should not only improve the individual, but the overall value he/she can bring to their company. Through effective, empowering coaching, people can about who they are, and the cause of their limiting behaviors, ultimately they become better people over all and use their new found personal power to bring motivation, value, and a higher level of morale to the workplace.
